RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process payments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service and insurance experience.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty in MO & willing to obtain Life & Health.
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
